Ah, damage. You love to dish it out, but no one wants to take it.

Unless they have something that triggers when they take damage and/or reach a certain HP threshold. Yay Damage Resistance with Absorption or Reflection!

Or are Deadpool!

Unless the damage being taken is from two Earths colliding against each other causing both universes to explode. No one can tank that.

Never say "never" (or an equivalent phrase) for Marvel Comics. I am pretty sure there are a couple characters that could survive such a specific thing. If they were made aware of it, they might be able to literally shrug it off: some characters in the Marvel Universe are just that powerful!

For my preferred RPG system (GURPS) you could theoretically buy sufficient Damage Resistance (in GURPS each level of DR subtracts one from the base damage done). Ludicrously expensive but not impossible. For far less points, you can just buy the needed traits to simply get out of the way or to not stay dead, including surviving afterwards in the vacuum of space. Obviously this stuff isn't available to a mundane human and it can still be pricey, but that's relative. The "Damage Resistance" option I mention would require scientific notation to easily throw around the point value numbers, I think. Unkillable Lv3 plus the Advantages needed to survive in space (and get somewhere in a timely manner), without actually crunching the numbers, is somewhere around 300 to 500 Character Points, towards the low end of the recommended range for a typical super-powered hero or villain (though being a "survival monster" can be kind of lame if it eats up your full budget).

To give you an idea, GURPS normally recommends starting at around 150 points for a heroic PC, while the GURPS equivalent of Dungeons & Dragons (called "Dungeon Fantasy") costs close to said low end of superheroes.

Of course, I didn't specifically cite this event anyway, just pointing out Deadpool has - in some settings - been depicted as enjoying pain and taking damage. Others like Bishop actually would attempt to absorb attacks since his main power is absorbing Energy and channeling it into his own energy blasts. Well, that was what it was last time I checked (late 90s).

Deadpool was "cursed to life" by Thantos due to jealousy over Death's attraction to him so yeah he would survive. He's even been atomized once and has come back
